I once read an article in a business magazine about rich people are employed and how many of them. Private Jets come in handy if there is a track meet in New York, a production line monitor in California, and customers in Japan. But there is one thing we all have in common with the rich ... 24 hours. No more and no less. You can easily see the direction your life is the way you spend your 24th Of course one can not influence the world or just relax and linger,fantasize and wish to come true for your dreams.
Before airplanes, trains, cars, or a person succeeded in his life from birth to death makes spending impacts. With his feet, the support of 12 friends (including one who had betrayed him) makes sense and word of mouth, he was so effective, we still talk, pray and learn it today. You know who it is ... Jesus! How in the world, he has the time, at the age of 12 teach, nurture relationships, have a lucrativeCarpentry heal people, raise the dead, and still be at peace with itself? Yes, I know he is God, but he was also a man. Can we do that, what he has done? I think the answer is emphatically yes! Jesus left instructions with no hidden answers. I found his process and, when put into use, we can in our vocation to effectively!
1. Away from the crowd (sometimes). Luke 4:42 says that after Jesus healed and free all night, when it was day, "he said, and went walking in a desertedPlace. "
2. Do you know your position. People love to follow size, especially if you live out your life's purpose. In the same verse above, the crowd came looking for him and tried "to leave him to keep it." The quantity is not tired and will require more time and attention to your costs. Was he not only with them all night?
3. Do you know your purpose, stay focused and not be affected, no matter how tempting the offer. Luke 4:43 teaches that Jesus resisted wisethe crowd. Here he was a celebrity, with people drawn to him and asked him to stay, but he told them: "I must preach the good news of the Kingdom of God to other cities also, because that is why I was sent."
4. Retreat often. Size and power needed rejuvenation. Luke 5:16 says: "He often went into the wilderness and prayed." Because his priorities were to check in, Jesus knew where his strength and was visited frequently to recharge and get further instructionsfor the work he had to do.
So you can do it? Absolutely. Will it be easy? Probably not. Is it worth it? Most definitely. To follow the example of Jesus for us, with only 33 years to do it. No matter what your age, if you do not live purposefully, you lose time. Nobody asked you raise the dead. To raise your level of performance than the best you can.
